When is a tract map required?
A tract map is required whenever a property owner wishes to subdivide property for sale, lease, or financing into more than 4 parcels. Standard conditions to approve a tract map include:
  • Dedication of rights-of-way

  • Street Improvements

  • Utility easements

Public hearings are required in front of City Planning Commission and City Council.
